‘Curfew Time’ is a fusion cocktail that blends traditional Korean liquor with citrus fruits like tangerine and yuzu, and adds a luxurious garnish with edible gold. The name ‘Curfew Time’ originates from the term used for the nighttime restriction on aircraft takeoffs and landings at airports. This reflects the curfew system implemented to reduce aircraft noise pollution for residents near the airport. Sulfun emphasizes the unique identity of this cocktail, exclusive to the Gimpo Airport lounge bar, through this name, showcasing their ambition to establish it as a global K-fusion cocktail. Furthermore, the name embodies the intention of providing customers with a comfortable and relaxing experience after curfew time, allowing them to fully enjoy their travels.
